Director
Mr. Abdulrasaq Alagbe have been actively involved in the care sector for nearly 2 decades. He started his career as a humble support work and have developed himself through the ranks to the post of a Registered Manager. Over the years, he has proving and excel himself in his given areas and have been exemplary in discharging his duties to the people he supports, working with multiple health professionals and my other colleagues as a team. He is a Caring Manager with strong working experience in the care sector.
Mr. Alagbe is innovative and have continually acquire experience and education in his day-to-day engagements either through trainings, seminars and workshops. He presently holds a Level 7 in Health and Social Care Management which is a Post Graduate Diploma from Cambridge Management and Leadership School, a modern internationally accredited Institution in Cambridge.
He also brings his vast experience in finance and marketing as he holds a degree in Banking and Finance and a Chartered Marketer.

Mr. George Washington is a health and social care worker who has proven himself and risen above the ranks in his career. These ranges from support worker, care co-ordinator, Deputy manager, CQC Registered Manager and Operation Director. He has improved himself over the years through educational developments and training both internally and externally with over 9 years of experience working in the industry. He has a Level 5, Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership and has worked closely with commissioners, placement officers and social workers within London Boroughs. Mr. Washington is truly passionate when it comes to taking care of people who need support.

Mr. Hitesh Shah is a health safety and frontline support professional with experience in high-responsibility environments, including aviation operations and emergency response roles. He brings strong transferable skills into the care sector, particularly in safeguarding, risk management, and supporting vulnerable individuals in safe and regulated environments.
Mr. Shah has worked as ground staff with American Airlines for 8 years, where he developed a strong understanding of safety-critical procedures, incident response, and maintaining calm and effective communication in high-pressure situations. He has also served as a trained first aider with British Airways for 14 years, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies and ensuring the wellbeing of individuals in urgent need of care.

Mrs. Archana Shah is a highly experienced education professional with over 20 years of teaching experience across higher education and professional training environments. She has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, engaging, and student-focused learning, supporting learners to achieve academic success and develop essential professional skills.
All our staff are professionally trained to deliver care with warmth and respect. While each support worker is different, they all share the same key, core skill and qualities with one goal in mind which is our clients.
